How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?

Order confirmation with instructions for how to make payment is sent to you automatically and immediately after you submit your order. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business day(s)via express courier service. The time period from when you place your order to the moment we receive your payment, is undoubtedly determined only by you. Shipping time will depend on various factors such as method of shipment, postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we offer you only the best of the best with express courier DHL delivery service.

How do I change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we do not make any manual changes or cancellations to pending orders. Since the order process is entirely computerized, it is much faster, more efficient and less problematic to place a completely new order. So, if you wish to make changes to your order, simply place a new order and disregard your former order number (it will automatically be cancelled and removed from our system if payment is not made within 30 days).

NOTE! Since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received (please refer to our Disclaimer), you must make necessary order changes before payment is made.

What is the minimum and maximum amount I can order at one time?

We have no limits to how much you can order. However, you should consult with your local FDA office regarding the quantity you would like to order, since there may be import regulations on those specific products and quantity. We do have a minimum purchase amount of $60.00, excluding shipping and handling.

Is it legal to purchase these products?

We do not offer restricted drugs on our site such as narcotics of any kind and ours is a licenced medical centre practicing for the past eight years on the ground with an impeccable reputation.Since laws differ from country to country, we recommend you to contact your local FDA or customs office regarding the regulations and restrictions of your country.

Do I need a prescription to order?

It is bly advised to do so, to aviod unnecessary delays with your shipment, as many countries do not allow medical shipments without a licenced medical practitioners prescription.

We do provide medical prescriptions, online consultations or assist in treatment recommendations, but in the US the FDA may not approve of a prescription to a US american citizen from a non-Board licenced doctor, only for latinoamerican residents, which is why you may consult your localdoctor/physician for a valid medical prescription. If you choose to submit a prescription with your shipment to assist in possible customs clearance, a copy of your prescription should be sent before or once payment is made to avoid any delay in the processing of your order. Will a "90-day supply for personal use" declaration be accepted in place of a valid medical prescription for my Express Shipment?

Unfortunately, private express carriers such as DHL,UPS, Fed Ex, TNT, etc. do not consider this to be a valid form of documentation.

Can I obtain a prescription from you, or do you provide online consultations?

How and when are prescriptions supposed to be sent?

you can either scann your prescription, or send it through e-mail as an attached file to . As a prescription is required for shipment (Express Shipment) or you would like to include a valid medical prescription with shipment to assist in possible customs clearance, it must be sent to us by the time payment is made or the order will not be shipped as scheduled.

Why can't I access a specific page on the site?

Can I pay for my order using my credit card?

Yes, you can use a VISA or MasterCard to pay for your order on-line by choosing 'credit card' as your method of payment.Please refer to our payment section to find all our types of payment.(please, refer to our 'Payment Methods' in the How to Order section).

Where do I send/make my payment?

Information on where to send / make your payment is provided after you place an order, and is sent directly to your e-mail address. Please, follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary delay.

What is the best method of payment?

We use as our secure online E-Commerce provider. We accept all major credit cards. To make life easier for our customer we also accept bank wire transfer, Western Union transfer and deposit by bank draft. Naturally we do not accept cheques.

Where can I obtain a Money Order trasnfer electonically in cash ?

MoneyGram ExpressPayment to send your payment electronically and it will be available in 10 minutes. With the Next Day service from Western Union (In-Minutes Service) you can send money via bank wire transfer or bank draft and it will be available in 24-48 hours. To send money via money transfer via Western Union, visit your nearby Western Union Agent location.

Money Orders transfer electronically ( Western Union or money gram ) can be obtained from most banks and Western Union teller outlets.

What type of Money Orders do you accept?

We accept all money orders transfer electoniclally from Western Union and Money Gram. We do not accept personal checks.

How long will it take for you to receive my Money Order payment?

Depending on what type of shipment service you use to send your Money Order, it can take anywhere between 10 minutes to 2-4 business days. However, since the shipping time depends on various factors, such as postal service efficiency, international transit, etc., the stated time period is according to our statistics and former experience, we would definitely advise you to send the money order document via courier/express mail to avoid unnecessary delay and inform us via EMail regards the 'bank wire transfer' possibly with a scanned receipt attached. If we haven't received your payment within a week of your first order you will be informed of this fact, we would recommend you to follow up with our Customer Service Department, since there could be a possibility (even if it is minimal) it has been lost or stolen during shipment (please, refer to section 7 in our 'Disclaimer'). This is also why we recommend you use a reliable courier express shipment service such as DHL.UPS etc(as we use), to send your Money Order.

NOTE: Received Money Orders/Cashier Checks are bank cleared within a few business days. Confirmation of payment will follow once payment has cleared.


How are products shipped?

The courier service ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. If no prescription is submitted, products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our company name is not indicated on any package and shipments are made from various shipping points established in different cities to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successful delivery.

How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?

If the order is large enough to not fit in the same shipment envelope as a small sized order, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discretion level and repackaging is used as with a small sized order. For that the fee is as stated in our shipping charges section.

How long does shipment process take?

Deliverance time for our Express Shipment is 6-9 business days to the U.S., 6-9 business days within Europe, and and the rest of the world.However, this shipping time will depend on various factors such as postal service efficiency, customs clearance, international transit, etc., which is why we can only give you an approximation based on our statistics and former experience.

Why haven't I received my order within the expected time frame?

From our statistics and former experience, there are three possible situations that could occur with your order (Regular Shipment):

1) Deliverance delay (most probable).
The international shipment of an order is a process that includes a series of several steps, any of which can contribute to a delay in delivery. An international shipment normally passes through the local and national postal service in country of origin, exportation (which includes customs dispatchment), shipment transfer through ports of exit (which normally are 1 or more specific countries in each continent), transit to destination country with international postal service, importation in destination country (which includes customs clearance), the local and national postal service in destination country, etc. Each step has an impact on the deliverance time. Even if the majority of these steps are successfully executed in a timely manner, inefficiency or temporary inactivity during any step in between is enough to extend deliverance time over the estimated deliverance time frame. From our former experiences, shipments to one and the same destination have been delivered in as little time as 6 business days and in as much as 14 days.

2) Customs Detention
Even though we ship with maximum discretion, and have high success rate in delivery, there is still a possibility and risk with international shipping, that customs will stop a shipment for inspection. Depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country, the ordered products are subjected to: release (successful shipment), partial confiscation or full confiscation. In the case of confiscation, a seizure notification will be sent to the receiver by the customs agency or FDA in charge, after which a claim can be filed according to the information in our seizure document (please, refer to 'Shipment & Importation Issues' in the 'How To Order' section).

3) Lost and Misdelivered Orders (least probable)
Very seldom, but can unfortunately happen. This can be caused by incorrect shipping address, postal service mishandling, etc.

What is the best method of shipment?

We only deal with a world renouned reliable courier such as DHL at this point in time but any reliable express courier such as UPS,Fed Express.TNTetc could be used just as effectively.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping prices for any order bellow 400 USD is the normal charge by International DHL courier inclusive off 20% VAT. Please contact for shipping charges on small orders. All orders larger that USD 400 are shipped internationally free of charge.

N.B. We also entertain self shipping, if you open an account with your local DHL office.
You can then pay shipping charges on receipt of ordered medications.

Do you offer shipment insurance?

Shipment insurance is available only with Express Shipment provided a valid medical prescription is submitted to be sent with your order and for medication FDA aproved. And will be 20% of the total pricing.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes. However, with our Express Shipment you must include a telephone number when placing your order for the express carrier to call in the case of deliverance problems.

Is a signature required for shipping?

With Express Shipment, there is normally a signature required upon delivery, unless you request otherwise. This request must be made on the order form in the 'Additional Information' field when placing your order.

Can I give special shipping instructions?

What country do you ship from?

We ship only from 'The Republic Of Armenia' where our head office and medical centre is based.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship internationally.


Do you provide online consultations?
Yes we have a staff of medical doctors who provide online consultations. but sometimes we may recommend a physical examination and consultation whit your local medical doctor.

How much medication should I take for my condition?

We fortunately do assist with treatment recommendations or offer some medical advice. Please consult our doctor/physician regarding these issues, since the effects of a medication are influenced by several factors, which is why dosage will vary from person to person.

How many of 'Product X' would be equivalent to one 'Product Y'? How do products compare?

Products in the same substance family usually have similar properties and actions. But any product not containing the same substance cannot be directly compared.

Do you supply narcotics, antipsychotics and sedative products?

Currently, we unfortunately do not carry products containing Hydrocodone or Oxycodone in our product inventory or sedatives and other contraband substances.

Do you carry syringes and needles with your injectable products?

Unless it is stated in the 'Delivery' column in the product tables, syringes or needles are not included with our injectable products. We sell syringes or needles separately.

What metods of shipping do you use for international medication orders and what are your shipment liabilities in case of loss of shipment enroute?

Shipments are sent by the carrier, class and method requested by customers on their order entry form. DHL/ FedEx International Service will be added at actual cost to total invoice depending on dimensional weight and destination country. Delivery times are the responsibility of the selected carrier and cannot be guaranteed .We cannot guarantee or be held responsible for in transit delivery times or service guidelines established by USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx or any other common carrier. Furthermore, we are not liable for shipment delays, lost shipments, stolen mail, clerical or typographical errors by customers during the order entry process, inclement weather, customs impounds or any other in transit delivery problem once a shipment has left our distribution facilities and is in the possession of a designated common carrier. Additional custom fees, duties and/or import restrictions are the sole responsibility of export customers.

By placing an order, you accept the above disclaimer as part of the sales contract and further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless 'Minasian Medical Centres' and its affiliates and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) related to your violation of this agreement. This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or the website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Yerevan, Armenia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. 'Minasian Medical Centres' and its affiliates failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.

What is your policy regards 'sample requests'?
Due to the type of medical and diagnostic products we carry, liability and regulatory restrictions prevent the sending of samples. Consequently, our policy is to charge for samples. If potential contract or volume accounts desire samples, they should be ordered normally in the smaller sales units available through our online ordering system. All sample costs including delivery charges will be refunded on subsequent volume purchases. We believe that the information contained on our website is comprehensive and detailed with regard to individual products. Consequently, we do not distribute product brochures or literature on request.
