What Happens Once I Submit My Order?

After your order is submitted and approved, we will send you payment instructions via email. (See below for payment options). Once payment is received, your order will be filled, properly packaged and shipped via DHL(most common), UPS, Airborne Express, or another reputable, trackable delivery service. You may call us or email us at: info@consultdrminas.com if you have any questions after you receive your shipment.

After placing your order you will be able to track it's progress in real-time from the shipper's website. When your order ships, the tracking number will be e-mailed to you so you may track its progress.

Can you ship anywhere?

** Yes' we definitely ship to all countries. Depending on local custom controls certain shipments may be deemed illegal, so please find out the local rules appropriate to you particular situation! If we are unable to ship to you for any reason, we will notify you and will not accept your payment.

Can I Return My Medication For A Refund?

Due to Federal and international law, pharmaceutical products cannot be returned. However, in the event that the order is shipped incorrectly or the items received are not the items ordered, upon the return of all received merchandise we will issue a replacement or full refund, at the customer's discretion. Returns must be unopened, sealed and in original manufacturer's containers and boxes. Our responsibility is to properly package and safely ship the order to you using a reputable carrier such as FedEx, UPS, Airborne Express or DHL. What Are Your Shipping Rates And Policies?

Shipping

We usually charge a flat rate of $80 (unless otherwise mentioned during communication - this depends on consignments weight and your location, according to internationally recognized courier shipping regulations) for all shipments. Within 2 business days of receiving your payment your order will be filled and shipped. We do not process orders on the weekend; only due to lack of courier shipping during this time period!

We are unable to ship orders to P.O. Boxes at this time. We must have an adult signature at time of delivery.
